Role Overview
We are seeking a Channel Manager to expand and strengthen our reseller and system integrator network in Egypt.
The ideal candidate already has solid relationships with key IT resellers, distributors, and system integrators in the Egyptian cybersecurity market and understands how to drive revenue through the partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a network of resellers, VARs, and SIs across Egypt.
- Recruit new partners and onboard them into MEA Tec’s vendor programs.
- Manage deal registration, pricing, and pipeline reviews with partners.
- Enable partners with training, marketing materials, and joint campaigns.
- Coordinate with MEA Tec’s Dubai HQ for vendor programs, promotions, and quarterly targets.
- Track partner performance, forecasts, and incentive programs.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in channel / distribution sales (preferably cybersecurity or IT).
- Strong network within Egypt’s reseller and system integrator community.
- Knowledge of vendor programs, deal registration, and partner enablement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and fluent in English and Arabic.
Compensation
- 600,000 - 840,000 EGP annual package — 50% fixed + 50% commission.
