Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer marketing efforts and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing strategies, and content creation. As a key member of our marketing team, you will develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand objectives and drive engagement with our target audience.
#Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more
- Identify, research, and vet influencers aligning with brand values, ensuring authenticity and relevance
- Manage influencer relationships, contracts, and content approvals, ensuring seamless communication and project execution
- Plan and manage budgets for influencer campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Create engaging content briefs and guidelines for influencers, ensuring brand messaging and visual identity are maintained
- Work with influencers to create sponsored content, ensuring brand messaging and guidelines are followed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating contracts and collaborations
- Track campaign performance, analyzing metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and ROI, and making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and integrity
- Develop campaigns to meet brand objectives, including awareness, engagement, and sales.
#Requirements:
- 7-9 years of experience in influencer marketing or related field, with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Mass Communication, or related field
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies, including trends, best practices, and industry developments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and influencer relationships, ensuring seamless communication and project execution

- Experience with influencer marketing platforms, social media analytics tools, and project management tools.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content and campaign assets
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development.
