- Recruitment Administration: Assist with the management and execution of recruitment programs.
- Resume Management: Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes; conduct background and reference checks.
- Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling initial screening interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for telephone and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
- Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate and concise records and reports of all recruitment process phases, utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- New Hire Processing: Create new hire packets and arrange background checks and drug tests for prospective applicants.
- Company Image Promotion: Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers.
- Testing Administration: Administer typing and math tests to prospective applicants, as necessary.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements for applicants, as necessary.
- General Support: Provide general support to the Talent Acquisition department and related stakeholders, as necessary.
- Site: 6th of October - Transportation provided.
Candidate Profile:
- English Proficiency (A MUST): Strong command of English at a C1 level, ensuring effective communication both written and verbal.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to learn.
