Job Description

• Manage and control the site’s petty cash to cover daily operational expenses, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and approved.
• Handle the purchase and distribution of food and beverages for site employees, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely supply.
• Prepare and submit regular expense reports and cash settlements to the finance department with all supporting invoices and receipts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all site-related expenditures, ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and audit requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
• one year of experience is preferred.
• New Cairo residents (is a must).
• Good awareness in MS office.
• Excellent Communication skills.
