Role Description

This is a full-time commission-based field sales role with uncapped earning potential up to $5,000+ USD per month for top performers. Based in Cairo, Egypt, this position is designed for hungry, results-driven salespeople who thrive on cold outreach, face-to-face meetings, and closing deals.

You'll start by making cold calls to generate and qualify leads, then meet prospects in person to pitch Kalemna's AI solutions and close new business. As you prove your capabilities and hit targets, you'll gain access to warm and hot leads to accelerate your pipeline and earnings. This is a performance-rewarded role where your income grows with your results—no caps, no limits.

This is a remote role with no office requirement, but you must be willing and able to travel locally to meet customers face-to-face for presentations and deal closings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in cold calling and outbound sales
• Experience generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals independently
• Comfortable with in-person sales meetings and client visits
• Strong phone presence, objection handling, and persuasive communication skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
• Proficiency in English; ability to speak Arabic or other languages is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Experience in AI, SaaS, technology, or B2B sales is beneficial but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
