Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for an Airline Customer Service representative located in El Sheikh Zuweid. The Airline Customer Service representative will handle customer inquiries, assist with booking and ticketing, resolve complaints, and provide information regarding flight schedules and airline policies. The role requires interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Qualifications


  • Customer service and complaint resolution skills
  • Experience in booking, ticketing, and providing information on flight schedules and airline policies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus
