Job Purpose:-

The role involves leading the technical sales process for automation, instrumentation, and control systems by translating customer requirements into customized technical solutions and proposals. The candidate will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility, and will design and present integrated systems involving field instruments, analyzers, and flowmeters. A key responsibility includes expanding Yokogawa's presence in new markets such as Food & Beverage, Material BU customers, and leading the LIFE BU. Acting as the primary technical contact for key clients, the role requires building strong, long-term relationships across industries like Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Manufacturing, while maintaining accurate documentation of proposals and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Lead the technical sales process for automation, instrumentation, and control systems. Translate customer requirements into tailored technical solutions and proposals. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure feasibility and alignment. Design and present integrated solutions involving field instruments, analyzers and Flowmeters Develop and Increase Yokogawa Presense in New Areas (e.g. F&B, Material BU Customers, and lead the LIFE BU) Act as the primary technical point of contact for key clients and stakeholders. Build long-term relationships with clients in sectors like Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Manufacturing. Maintain accurate records of proposals, customer interactions, and technical documentation. Location – Egypt

Qualification And Experience

  • Graduate in Instrumentation / Control Systems / Electrical & Electronics or similar
  • 13 to 15 years of minimum experience in automation sector preferably in oil & Gas / Chemical / Life vertical / Power

Competencies

  • Skilled in solution selling, key account management, and channel development.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in field instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level), and smart systems.
  • Strong knowledge of solution design, technical proposal development, and lifecycle management.
