Job Description

• Negotiate with the shipping lines & truckers & customs brokers the shipping prices and services and select the best quotation & service for Export orders 
• Arrange booking with shipping lines and scheduling shipping equipment & trucks based on required arrival dates 
• follow up the shipment’s operation and loading, in addition, Prepare all shipments documents as per the client’s requirements & their countries regulations.
• Maintain good relationships with the customers, updating them with their shipments’ statuses achieve all their requirements regarding their shipments and documentation issues. 
• Receive, Review shipping & trucking invoices, financial statement & approve for payment to financial department. 
•  Check/Revise all export letters of credits L/Cs and comply shipping documents with L/C instructions. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent preferred).
• Experience from 2 to 4 years in Logistics/ Export operations Evidence of successful process improvement leadership in operations and/or supply chain preferred.
• Preferably previous experiences in FMCG industries, Freight forwarding and Export.
• Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Ability to work on and lead multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve operations and logistics business issues at the floor level.
• High proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
