Job Description

• Study and analyze tender documents, drawings, and project specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and pricing for mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, etc.).
• Coordinate with design and procurement teams to gather necessary data.
• Review suppliers’ and subcontractors’ quotations for technical compliance and cost competitiveness.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to RFPs.
• Participate in tender clarification meetings and value engineering proposals.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and proper documentation.
• Maintain updated database of prices and suppliers.

Job Requirements

• • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3–7 years of experience in tendering for mechanical systems within construction or contracting firms.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and tendering software (e.g., CCS, Candy) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
