Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Sharjah. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing travel plans, making travel arrangements, assisting with reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, planning and booking travel itineraries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and customer needs assessment skills
• Experience in Travel Management and making Travel Arrangements
• Excellent Customer Service and Reservations handling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with travel booking software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
