The Performance Manager plays a key role in shaping Modon’s digital footprint — ensuring our online presence is impactful, campaigns deliver measurable results, and every decision is driven by data and insight.


This role leads the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing strategies designed to amplify brand awareness, attract and engage audiences, and convert leads into measurable business growth.


As the vital link between marketing strategy and on-the-ground execution, the Performance Manager ensures Modon’s digital channels work in harmony to deliver powerful, performance-driven outcomes.


Roles, Responsibilities, Duties:


1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to guide campaigns.
  • Plan annual and quarterly digital marketing budgets and allocate spend effectively.

2. Website & SEO/SEM Management

  • Oversee website performance, user experience (UX), and content updates.
  • Implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve search rankings.
  • Manage paid search (PPC/SEM) campaigns to maximize ROI.

3. Content & Social Media Management

  • Plan and oversee the creation of engaging content (blogs, videos, infographics, etc.).
  • Manage brand presence across social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.).

4. Paid Media & Advertising

  • Manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads, display, retargeting).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding.


Qualification


Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Science Master’s degree is a plus


Experience



  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience up to 8 years, in the digital marketing field whether agency or client side.
  • Master in creating digital strategies
  • Real estate background is a plus
  • Talented in performance marketing
  • Profound knowledge of SEM/ SEO
  • Skilled in planning / executing plans on Meta, TikTok, GDN, DV360, programmatic
  • Traditional media knowledge background is a plus
