As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse, ensuring an outstanding guest experience, smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining high standards of service, safety, and facility presentation.

Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:

Operational Management:

  • Supervise all clubhouse operations, including reception, housekeeping, F&B, sports, and leisure activities.
  • Ensure that all club facilities are clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
  • Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Customer Service & Experience:

  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a strong presence in public areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate member events, activities, and functions within the clubhouse.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate clubhouse staff to deliver top-quality service.
  • Organize training sessions to enhance team performance and service delivery.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee daily reports, shift schedules, and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance procedures.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers for maintenance and operational needs.

Financial & Resource Control:

  • Support in managing budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor operational costs and identify areas for efficiency improvement.


To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:


  • 10 - 15 years of experience in club or hospitality management, preferably within a real estate or community setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
