On behalf of a global marketing and communications company, we are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Assistant to support digital marketing activities across multiple international markets. This is a remote, full-time opportunity open to candidates currently based in Egypt.

About the Role

As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a key role in executing and supporting social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create, schedule, and analyze content, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for various social media channels.
• Monitor social media accounts, track engagement, and respond to comments or messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Support the development of creative assets (copy, visuals, short videos) in collaboration with the design team.
• Conduct research on current trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Assist in preparing performance reports and insights to help optimize campaign results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
• Stay up to date with emerging social platforms, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
• Excellent writing, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
