Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement engaging learning programs (e-learning, workshops, seminars)
- Conduct training needs assessments and skills gap analyses
- Collaborate with department heads to tailor development plans
- Facilitate onboarding and leadership development sessions
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback
- Manage LMS platforms and maintain training records
- Stay updated on L&D trends and integrate best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in L&D or talent development
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles
- Experience with LMS tools and digital learning platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
