Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including search, social, and display.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to ensure achievement of KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
  • Manage advertising budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and recommend adjustments based on performance data.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth through emerging platforms, tools, and trends in digital marketing.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of campaign strategies, processes, and results.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in digital advertising activities.

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or a related digital marketing role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
