Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong client relationships, and delivering top-quality talent to meet client needs across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability, including technical skills and cultural fit.
- Provide consultative support to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists and ensure smooth communication between clients and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate and client records using ATS/CRM systems.
- Participate in business development activities including lead generation, client meetings, and proposal submissions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in KSA market.
- Proven track record of successful placements and meeting recruitment KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market, including local hiring practices and Saudization policy.
- Proficient in using recruitment tools, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required.
