Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Cairo. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on travel options and destinations, managing travel arrangements, booking reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The Travel Consultant will also handle travel documentation and ensure all travel needs are met efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in making Reservations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
