About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Interns to join our growing HR team.

This is a 3-month paid internship designed for senior university students and fresh graduates who want to kickstart their career in recruitment and human resources.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
• Assist in maintaining candidate databases and reports
• Contribute to team meetings and help improve hiring processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Senior-year university students or recent graduates (any discipline)
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Passion for people, learning, and teamwork
• No prior experience required — we’ll guide you every step of the way

Program Details:

• Duration: 3 months (paid internship)
• Location: Zahraa Al Maadi, Cairo
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM (on-site)
• Potential for full-time employment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist upon successful completion
