As a Marketing Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the marketing strategies for our luxury commercial developments. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels to generate high-quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and directly support the sales team in achieving their targets. This role demands a strong understanding of real estate marketing, creative execution, and a commitment to measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated, data-driven marketing plans for new and existing commercial properties, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and target luxury clientele.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and deployment of marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional channels (print, events, PR).
• Content & Collateral: Manage the production of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, video scripts, and virtual tours, ensuring brand consistency and luxury positioning.
• Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights to optimize spend and improve ROI.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies, market trends, and client behavior to inform marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Marketing, with a significant portion in Real Estate.
• knowledge of Digital Marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing Integrated Marketing Campaigns that drive sales leads.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite is essential. Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into measurable results and insights.
