Position Overview

An experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Consultant supporting group companies in optimizing D365 operations while managing the ecosystem of implementation and support partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of D365 initiatives across multiple legal entities.
• Ensure consistent configuration, security, and governance standards.
• Manage intercompany transactions, data flows, and integrations.
• Coordinate cross-entity reporting and consolidation.
• Serve as primary liaison with D365 partners and manage relationships.
• Monitor partner performance and adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design end-to-end D365 solutions and oversee integrations.
• Lead multi-company projects and ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• 3+ years of senior-level consulting in enterprise environments.
• Proven record managing multiple technology partners and vendors.
• Experience across full D365 project lifecycle.

Skills:

• Expert-level knowledge of D365 modules: Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement, Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of D365 architecture and integrations.
• Proficiency in data migration tools and Azure services.
• Deep knowledge of business processes in finance, operations, and sales.
• Excellent documentation, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
