Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2 years of experience in handling administrative, reporting, and coordination tasks. He/She will be responsible for supporting project execution across Egypt and the UAE. The ideal candidate will assist in monitoring project progress, coordinating between departments, managing documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project reports to support management decisions and track project progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, purchase requests, and project schedules.
• Track and follow up on project-related maintenance, materials, and service requests across Egypt and the UAE.
• Support in creating and submitting project offers, proposals, and related documents.
• Monitor attendance and performance reports for on-site teams, ensuring compliance with project timelines.
• Assist in processing payments, invoices, and settlements while maintaining accurate records.
• Act as a point of contact between departments to facilitate communication and resolve coordination issues.
• Contribute to ensuring that all projects meet company standards and client satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in project coordination, operations, or administrative roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and reporting tools).
• Knowledge Areas: Project management basics, contract administration, documentation control.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Languages: English – Very Good (spoken and written).
