Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer

Reports to: Lead Structural Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer with strong technical foundations and an interest in precast concrete systems and data center design. The successful candidate will support the engineering team in delivering high-quality structural solutions, preparing designs, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. US project experience is considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing structural design concepts, calculations, and analysis for projects, particularly with precast concrete systems and data centers
• Prepare engineering drawings, models, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Perform structural analysis under the supervision of senior engineers, ensuring compliance with international codes (ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC, etc.).
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and other design disciplines to achieve fully integrated solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, QA/QC processes, and technical meetings.
• Support site inspections and construction administration activities when required.
• Contribute to problem-solving, cost-effective solutions, and innovative structural approaches.
• Stay updated with industry best practices, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with precast concrete systems.
• Previous involvement in data center projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of US building codes and standards is an asset.
• Proficiency in structural software (ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit Structure, Tekla, AutoCAD).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering (master’s preferred).
