MatajerTech with focus on building apps for Salla and Zid platforms in KSA. we currently have 3 apps on Salla app store with last one gaining a lot of traction and becoming one of the most popular apps on the platform.

Job Description:

You’ll be the first line of contact for merchants using our apps on the Salla platform.

Your job is to support new onboarded merchants, answer their questions, guide them through setup, and help them fix or adjust how the app appears on their store — especially when it comes to widget placement, theme conflicts, or app configuration.

This is a technical customer support position — no coding required, but you should be confident inspecting HTML/CSS/JS, understanding how store themes work, and communicating with both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up with new merchants after installation to ensure successful setup and activation.

- Respond to merchant questions via chat, email, or WhatsApp in a friendly, helpful tone.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot app issues (e.g., widget not showing, misaligned components).

- Guide merchants step-by-step through fixes — or escalate issues to the technical team when needed.

- Understand how our apps work and explain features clearly.

- Document common issues and write short help guides or snippets for repeated problems.

- Track response and resolution times to ensure merchants get timely support.

Job Requirement:

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (able to inspect and adjust elements in browser DevTools).

Strong communication skills — clear, patient, and professional in Arabic (Saudi dialect preferred) and basic English.

- Organized and responsive — able to manage multiple merchant tickets or follow-ups.

- Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to learn new apps and technologies.

- Familiarity with browser consoles, network inspection, and debugging front-end errors.
