Job Description

We are seeking an IT Governance & Business Analyst Officer (Arbic Speaker) to support our IT governance framework, ensure compliance with regulations and standards, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain IT governance and compliance frameworks.
• Manage IT risks, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
• Gather and analyze business requirements for IT systems and applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and government entities.
• Support audits, reporting, and digital transformation projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or business analysis.
• Experience in UAE government/public sector preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

• Excellent understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in documenting business and technical requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
