Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with exceptional sales skills to effectively promote our innovative products and solutions to clients. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and providing technical expertise to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the region.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate product value propositions.
  6. Provide technical support and training to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our products effectively.
  7. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  8. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.
  10. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within a related industry.
  2. Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex product features and benefits.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and collaboration skills.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic approach to sales challenges.
  7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for effective sales management and reporting.
  8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
