About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative 3D Designer to join our events management and experience design team.

If you’re passionate about bringing concepts to life through immersive environments, large-scale events, festivals, and brand exhibitions, this is your stage to shine.

You’ll collaborate closely with our Art Director and Creative Team to conceptualize, visualize, and execute groundbreaking ideas that transform spaces into memorable brand experiences.

What You’ll Do

Design 3D visualizations, event setups, booths, stages, and festival layouts that align with client objectives and creative direction.

Work hand-in-hand with the Art Director to brainstorm and develop unique, story-driven concepts for each event or exhibition.

Create realistic renders, spatial plans, and mood boards that bring creative ideas to life.

Translate briefs into innovative design directions, materials, and structures suitable for both indoor and outdoor setups.

Ensure all concepts are practical, cost-effective, and executable in collaboration with the production team.

Stay on top of global design trends, festival experiences, and exhibition technologies to inspire new approaches.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or related field.

3–6 years of proven experience in 3D design for events, exhibitions, and large-scale activations.

Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong concept development skills and ability to think creatively within brand guidelines.

Excellent sense of composition, scale, lighting, and materials.

Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced creative team.

Bonus: Knowledge in motion design, AR/VR, or experiential design is a plus.
