Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for a Cold Caller. The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound phone calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. The Cold Caller will also update CRM records and provide regular reports on call activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cold Calling, Sales, and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic data entry
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively
• High level of motivation and goal-oriented mindset
• Experience with digital marketing or advertising is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation

• $4/hour USD + $10USD/ appointment booked that is qualified and shows up to the call
