Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt for a Kitchen Manager & General Manager. The Kitchen Manager & General Manager will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food quality. Duties include managing culinary staff, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards. The role also encompasses managing the overall administration of the restaurant, including staff coordination, inventory management, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry standards and Food Quality management
  • Experience in Culinary Management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the casual dining industry is a plus
