- To strengthen our team in Cairo, we are looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join us as a Call Center Supervisor (m/f/d) – responsible for team leadership, scheduling, and process
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and organize a team of Teleagents & Calculation staff
- Supervise and control daily operations in both inbound and outbound activities
- Plan shifts, distribute tasks, and continuously optimize workflows
- Monitor target achievement and service quality using clearly defined KPIs
- Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and coaching
- Collaborate closely with senior management and the sales department
- Prepare performance reports and implement improvement measures

Your Profile
- Excellent German language skills (spoken and written, at least C1 level)
- Several years of experience in a call center, ideally within facility management, cleaning services, or staffing
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Confident handling of CRM systems, dialer software, and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Structured, solution-oriented, and motivational leadership style
- High level of responsibility and the ability to prioritize effectively
