Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant (inventory) located in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include managing and optimizing inventory processes using Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems, analyzing business processes, consulting with stakeholders to improve workflows, and implementing and maintaining Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. The consultant will work closely with the team to ensure efficient and streamlined operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Proficiency in managing Business Processes
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Consulting experience to improve workflows and processes
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics and ERP systems are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
