re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduling & Operations Coordinator to support daily scheduling, communication, and job coordination tasks for a construction/field-service environment.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong organizational ability, and prior experience supporting construction, facilities, or field-service teams. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, responsive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces while keeping teams and clients aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily job/work order scheduling for field teams
  • Coordinate communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams
  • Track projects, job assignments, and timelines
  • Use tools such as Google Maps, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms
  • Update job logs, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Support dispatching, route optimization, and time management for field crews
  • Handle incoming calls / messages and assign tasks accordingly
  • Assist with monitoring job progress, reporting, and documentation

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Prior experience in construction, maintenance, or field-service coordination
  • Highly organized and reliable
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage changing schedules
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Maps, CRM, spreadsheets, etc.)
  • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

Preferred Skills (not mandatory)

  • Experience in dispatching or job scheduling
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Previous remote operations coordination experience
  • Customer service / client communication exp
