About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Property Consultant to join our team on-site in El Sheikh Zayed. In this role, you will play a key role in driving our sales strategy forward. building trusted client relationships, delivering expert property advice, and closing high-value deals that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert real estate consultancy to clients, tailored to their needs and preferences
• Manage and develop long-term client relationships through clear and consistent communication
• Execute and contribute to strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team targets
• Conduct property viewings and present offerings with professionalism and deep market knowledge
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with available projects and inventory

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in real estate sales or property consultancy, preferably in a senior or target-driven role
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to build client trust and maintain long-term relationships
