About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled Quantity Surveyor Engineers (Civil & Architecture) to join our team for a major project in New Cairo. The ideal candidates will demonstrate strong technical expertise, accuracy in quantity management, and proficiency in Revit, ASD, AutoCAD, and ACC.

You will play a key role in managing quantities, evaluating costs, and providing essential technical support throughout all stages of large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Quantity Surveying

• Prepare quantity take-offs for all executed items.
• Prepare and review subcontractor and supplier invoices and evaluations.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQs) across various project stages.

2. Software Proficiency

• Utilize Revit, ASD, ACC, and AutoCAD to extract quantities and assist in design coordination.

3. Project Lifecycle Support

• Provide technical and cost-related support from pre-construction to project completion.
• Participate in variation analysis and final account preparation.
• Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills to ensure smooth project execution.
