The Mall Operations Supervisor is responsible for the daily execution and on-site management of all operational services within the mall. This role concentrates on directing the on-site teams, ensuring swift resolution of operational incidents, and conducting regular facility checks to maintain safety, cleanliness, and functionality for tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams, ensuring execution against set schedules and standards for all common areas and back-of-house facilities.
• Serve as the on-site incident commander for all operational issues, emergencies, and security events, ensuring rapid and effective response and resolution.
• Conduct regular, detailed checks of all common areas, back-of-house facilities, and utility rooms to proactively identify and address maintenance or safety issues.
• Direct, motivate, and manage the performance of the on-site operations team (including outsourced staff), providing immediate training and instruction as needed.
• Address day-to-day operational issues raised by tenants and ensure timely corrective action is taken.
• Prepare daily logs and incident reports for the Mall Operations Manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business. Related technical training or certification is highly valued.
• Previous Experience: 2-4 years of experience in facility or operations management, preferably in a commercial/retail environment.
