Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, contacting customers with outstanding payments, and assisting in the collection of debts.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to collect overdue payments via phone, email, or in writing.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers.
- Update account status, payment arrangements, and communication records accurately in the system
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism in difficult situations.
- Prepare and submit periodic collection and reports.
- Manage all vendor transactions, such as payments through systems like Fawry e-payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce (English Section)
- 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
