Job Description:

• Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for commercial projects.
• Work closely with the design and engineering teams to develop interior and exterior finishing concepts.
• Convert architectural drawings into realistic 3D models using 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar software.
• Present creative design ideas and materials to clients and management.
• Ensure all 3D visuals are consistent with project requirements and timelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial finishing and visualization.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Photoshop, and related design software.
• Strong artistic and visualization skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
