Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Lawyer located in Al Jizah, Egypt. The Junior Lawyer will assist in providing legal research, drafting contracts and agreements, supporting senior lawyers in case preparation, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Responsibilities include analyzing legal documents and assisting in the development of case strategies. The role also requires maintaining organized records of legal files and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Legal research, analysis, and drafting skills
• Understanding of contracts, agreements, and case preparation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), preferably with honors
• Thorough knowledge of Egyptian legal frameworks and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software is advantageous
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality
