We are looking for a Level 2 Support Security Engineer to assist with the operations of one of our primary customers. The candidate will be required to support and troubleshoot various technologies in networks, cybersecurity, and systems infrastructure.

Main Duties:

• Provide Level 2 support for operational issues across network, security, and system environments.
• Track and resolve infrastructure elements of application delivery, threat intelligence, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
• Escalate appropriate complex issues and work with the internal/external teams.
• Follow proper incident handling procedures and ensure compliance and documentation.
