Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with order tracking, returns, replacements, and product-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions, escalating complex cases when needed.
  • Work closely with our warehouse, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure accurate and efficient customer communication.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Represent the Ozarke brand with a friendly, patient, and problem-solving mindset.


Requirements


  • 2+ year of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Kustomer, Freshdesk, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.


Compensation


  • Pay: $500-700
