Role Description

Supervise geotechnical fieldwork, including borehole drilling, soil sampling, and logging.

Review and quality-check borehole logs and rewrite them according to technical standards.

Determine required laboratory and in-situ tests based on soil type and project needs.

Coordinate with accredited laboratories and follow up on test execution (ECP/ASTM/BS).

Monitor selected field tests and oversee laboratory experiments.

Analyze test data, compile results, and prepare technical summaries.

Validate results against site observations and resolve any discrepancies.

Assist in preparing geotechnical reports, foundation recommendations, and soil improvement measures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Graduation project preferably in Soil Mechanics & Foundations.

Minimum 3 years of practical experience in geotechnical engineering.
