 Role Description

This full-time Document Controller role is onsite and based in Giza. The Document Controller is tasked with managing, organizing, and maintaining project documentation to ensure accurate data handling and compliance with internal processes. Responsibilities include the creation, distribution, and filing of project records, supporting teams with documentation needs, and overseeing the control of documents to ensure accurate and timely updates. Additionally, the role involves consistent communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper document management.

 Qualifications

Proficiency in Document Management, Project Documentation, and Records Management

Strong skills in managing Documentation processes and workflows

Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred

Experience in engineering or construction industries is an advantage

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
