The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth/business development, profitability and customer retention within the assigned territory or customer portfolio. The role focuses on developing new opportunities, managing key customer relationships and supporting sales of industrial, specialty, medical and food-grade gases through technical and commercial engagement. The position works closely with operations, technical teams, and senior sales leadership to deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
1.Territory & Account Management
- Achieve sales and profitability targets across assigned accounts and geographic areas.
- Develop annual and quarterly account plans with clear goals, pricing actions, and growth priorities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with industrial, specialty, medical, and food-grade gas customers
- Identify share-of-wallet opportunities and grow business within existing accounts
