Salary: EGP 20,000 – 25,000 gross/month (depending on experience)

About the Role

We are a fast-growing creative agency specializing in content creation, branding, and social media marketing. Our team collaborates with brands, entrepreneurs, and businesses to produce visually engaging content that connects, converts, and inspires.

We’re now looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our creative team. You will bring your storytelling ability, attention to detail, and technical excellence to every project, helping us deliver stunning, high-impact video content across multiple platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site position at our New Cairo office, where you’ll work closely with our creative directors, content strategists, and marketing teams.

This is not an entry-level role; We are looking for someone with expert-level skills and proven results in competitive industries.

This is a full-time, in-office role, not suitable for remote or hybrid work.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Editing raw video footage into polished, engaging final outputs
• Adding motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound design where needed
• Ensuring brand consistency and narrative coherence across all edits
• Collaborating with creative and marketing teams to interpret briefs and bring ideas to life
• Managing multiple editing projects under tight deadlines
• Optimizing videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and websites
• Implementing client feedback with precision and creativity
• Staying ahead of trends, editing styles, and content formats

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio or showreel required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects
• Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and storytelling
• Knowledge of aspect ratios, frame rates, and export formats for various social platforms
• Experience in motion graphics or animation is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong time management, creativity, and attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and deliver high-quality work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Film Production, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional video editing experience (agency or freelance)
• Experience producing social media ads, brand stories, or promotional content
• Understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement
