Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Tourism Manager specializing in Umrah services. The Tourism Manager will oversee the planning, organization, and coordination of Umrah-related tour packages. Daily tasks include managing guided tours, handling customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality customer service, promoting tourism services, and collaborating with staff and partners to deliver excellent travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guided Tours and Tourism Management
• Strong skills in Tourism Marketing and general Tourism planning
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction
• Experience in managing travel packages and itineraries
• Knowledge of Umrah services is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
