Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The Administrative Specialist is responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the organization. Responsibilities include providing support to various departments, assisting with financial documentation, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting operational efficiency through effective communication and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
- Ability to assess and solve problems supported by excellent Analytical Skills
- Experience or knowledge in financial tasks such as budgeting is highly desired
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
- Proficiency in using standard office software and tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Good command of English
