Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fit Out Engineer based in Kuwait City. The Fit Out Engineer will oversee and manage the execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating design specifications, supervising subcontractors and team members, ensuring health and safety compliance, and managing budgets and schedules. Additionally, the engineer will ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining communication and addressing project-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Construction Coordination skills to oversee fit-out projects efficiently
• Knowledge of Design Specifications, Space Planning, and Interior Fit-Outs
• Proficiency in Budget Management and Scheduling
• Strong Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills under tight deadlines
• Understanding of Health and Safety Compliance in construction projects
• Excellent Communication and Team Leadership capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Previous experience in fit-out or related construction
