Senior Business Developer – The Training Hub (Egypt & KSA)

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Business Developer to help us grow our corporate training business across Egypt and KSA. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and confident dealing with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target new corporate clients.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct meetings (indoor & outdoor) and present training solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals with senior decision makers.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure smooth execution.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Corporate B2B sales.
• Preferably with experience in training or HR solutions.
• Owns a car (mandatory).
• Strong English communication skills.
• From Cairo (mandatory).
• Comfortable with both indoor & outdoor work.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
