Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Maadi, QLD, for a Hotel Reservations Agent. The role involves assisting customers with their hotel reservations, handling inquiries, providing information about services and availability, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive booking experience. The agent will work closely with the team to meet customer satisfaction targets and maintain service quality. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional communication with customers are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities, ensuring quality and timely service delivery
- Proficiency in data entry, booking systems, and general reservation or hotel software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is advantageous
