Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Engineering Manager located in New Cairo. The Technical Engineering Manager will oversee engineering projects and lead teams to ensure that deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations. Responsibilities include defining project scope, coordinating with stakeholders, planning project timelines, allocating resources effectively, and monitoring progress. The manager will also provide mentorship to team members, ensure adherence to engineering best practices, and contribute to software development processes as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
• Experience in Autocad - 3Dmax - Photoshop
• Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Engineering
• Experience working on engineering projects in a leadership capacity
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is highly desirable
