Job Description

  • Process and issue airline, train, and bus tickets for clients using global distribution systems (GDS).
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding ticket availability, pricing, and travel itineraries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with airlines, travel partners, and internal teams to resolve booking issues and ensure smooth ticketing operations.
  • Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with relevant travel regulations and company policies.
  • Manage ticket changes, cancellations, and rebookings, providing accurate information on fees and policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline schedules, fare rules, and promotional offers.
  • Assist clients with special requests such as seat selection, meal preferences, and additional services.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticketing activities and sales performance.
  • Support the sales team by providing ticketing expertise and assisting with group bookings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive travel experience.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in ticketing, reservations, or a related travel industry role.
  • Proficiency in using global distribution systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex booking scenarios.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
